MediumNotable change worth reviewingCustomer support tickets increased 15% above the average

Alert Lifecycle

Triggered → Open → Acknowledged
  1. Triggered: The system detects an anomaly in a KPI value
  2. Open: The alert appears in the Alerts Triage page
  3. Acknowledged: A user reviews the alert and marks it as acknowledged

Managing Alerts

Navigate to DashboardsAlerts to see all active alerts.

Each alert shows:

  • KPI Name — Which metric triggered the alert
  • Severity — High or Medium
  • Status — Open or Acknowledged
  • Timestamp — When the anomaly was detected

Click Acknowledge to mark an open alert as reviewed. This doesn't resolve the underlying issue but indicates a team member has seen it.

info

How anomalies are detected: The platform compares each KPI value against its historical trend using statistical methods. If the value deviates significantly from the expected range, an alert is created.
