Business Context
The Business Context wizard helps the AI understand your business so it can create more relevant dashboards and KPIs.

Why It Matters
Without business context, the AI can only work with raw column names and data types. With context, it understands:
- What your business does
- What metrics matter to you
- What questions you're trying to answer
- What challenges you face
This dramatically improves the quality of AI-generated dashboards and KPI suggestions.
Setup Wizard (3 Steps)
Step 1: About Your Business

| Field | What to Enter | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Business Description | What your company does, products/services, market | "Online fashion retailer selling women's clothing and accessories in Brazil. 50K monthly orders, avg ticket R$180" |
| Current Goals | What you want to achieve with data analytics | "Reduce cart abandonment rate, identify best-selling product categories, optimize marketing spend per channel" |
Step 2: Analytical Needs

| Field | What to Enter | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Key Questions | What questions do you want data to answer? | "Which products should we restock first? What's our customer retention rate? Is there seasonality in our sales?" |
| Current Challenges | What problems do you face with data today? | "Data is scattered across multiple spreadsheets. Can't easily compare month-over-month performance" |
Step 3: AI Feasibility Analysis
After submitting, the AI analyzes your data and business context:

The analysis includes:
| Section | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Feasibility Score | How well your data supports the requested analytics (0-100%) |
| Gap Analysis | Missing data or quality issues that limit analysis capabilities |
| Gold Layer Tables | Recommended derived tables for optimal querying |
| KPI Suggestions | Specific metrics the AI recommends tracking |
KPI Suggestions
Each suggested KPI shows:
- Name — e.g., "Monthly Revenue Growth"
- SQL Query — The query that calculates it
- Schedule — Recommended refresh frequency
- Aggregation — SUM, AVG, COUNT, etc.
- Visualization — Recommended chart type
- Resolution — Daily, weekly, or monthly
Use the checkboxes to select which KPIs to create, then click Create & Monitor to deploy them all at once.
