Dashboards & KPIs

Dashboards and KPIs now sit inside the Performance workspace. Together they provide the monitoring layer that helps teams see the current state of the business and act on it.

Relationship to Performance

In older versions of the product, dashboards and KPIs were often described as a standalone module. In the current product structure, users enter this work through Performance.

Use the Performance workspace when you want to:

  • set business context
  • define KPI coverage
  • generate dashboards
  • review alerts and follow-up needs

Workflow

1. Set Business Context → 2. Create KPIs → 3. Generate Dashboards → 4. Monitor & Alert
  1. Configure Business Context — Tell the AI about your business, goals, and challenges
  2. Let AI suggest KPIs — The AI analyzes your data and proposes relevant metrics
  3. Generate a Dashboard — Describe what you want and let AI build it
  4. Star your best KPIs — They'll appear in the Business Pulse on the Home Dashboard
